You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in South Africa using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments destination.

Items in stock will ship out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cutoff for Tuesday delivery is 7pm on Monday evening. Cutoff for Thursday delivery is 7pm on Wednesday evening. All items bought after 7pm on Thursday will be shipped on Monday

Shipping Charges: Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order

SAPO Delivery Delays: On some very rare occassions, the South African Post Office experiences issues that result in delayed delivery of packages. Items that normally take 5 business days to be delivered, can take up to two weeks. Please keep that in mind when using SAPO for delivery

Dawn Wing Global Express

Dawn Wing operate from Monday to Friday and provide an economical  door to door parcel delivery service to any destination in South Africa, excluding P.O. Box Addresses. Parcels shipped with Dawn Wing Express will be delivered to Main centres around South Africa by 11h00 the following day, Monday to Friday. Residential areas can expect delivery by 3pm. 50km around each of the following areas is considered a main centre: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Pietersburg, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg and Port Elizabeth (outlying areas may take up to 72 hours to deliver). Dawn Wing Economy parcels will be delivered in 24-72 hours.

South African Post Office

All items shipped with the South African Post Office are delivered to your nearest Post Office within 5 business days.

All SAPO parcels can be tracked from the AVSupply Order History Page. Simply "View" the order you have placed and click the tracking number located in the comments section.

International Orders

AVSupply do not ship to international destinations. Please send an email from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.


Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.

Refunds: Items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) using the same method as the original payment type.

Claims: Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package. In case the following conditions are not met, reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.

  • - The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
  • - Items and packaging must be received in new condition
  • - The original manufactures packaging must not be damaged
  • - Packaging must include all original items, manuals etc. 
  • - A Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
  • - The Return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt
  • - Before returning a package you need to contact to receive a Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can email the helpdesk or use the phone number listed below

Exchanges: If you have an exchange for the same RAND amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address provided in the returns email.

Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
